Growth continues
Colombia's entrepreneurial ecosystem is the only one in the whole of Latin America to show a positive trend in 2022. In total, it has more than 1,300 startups and as of 2023 it has three unicorns: Rappi, LifeMiles and Habi.
Innovation focuses
60% of Colombia's startups are located in BogotĂĄ, which is positioned as one of the most prominent cities in Latin America. MedellĂn and Cali complete the country's entrepreneurship ranking.
Funding options
Colombia offers entrepreneurs various funding options, from public initiatives such as the Crecer y Crear (Grow and Create) seed capital lines of the Entrepreneurial Fund to private initiatives such as the HubBOG or Bictia accelerators.
