For those companies that already have venture capital investors and are in more advanced stages of development, BBVA Spark offers structured financing products to finance growth such as venture debt, a term loan, which usually acts as a complement to a VC-led equity round. It is a product that usually includes an element of capital in the form of warrants (call option) that compensates the lender for the greater risk associated with this financing.
